After Twitter, 'Amazon' also gave bad news to Indian employees

After the social networking website Twitter, Amazon also gave a big blow to Indians.

According to international media, Amazon, the world’s largest e-commerce platform after Twitter, has also started firing its Indian employees.

Amazon CEO Andy Jesse also confirmed the news, saying that they will be laying off more than 18,000 employees from their workforce starting January 18. They say the layoffs will be about 6 percent of the total workforce at the company.

According to the report, out of these 18 thousand, 1 thousand will be Indian employees. It should be remembered that earlier after Elon Musk bought Twitter last year, its Indian-origin CEO was fired from his job, while several Twitter employees were also fired from their jobs in India.
