In the near future, Gmail will get a new useful function for users who make online purchases.
The tool, which will be available in the upcoming weeks, will display a package’s tracking and delivery information in your email, the business announced on Wednesday.
The majority of US shipping providers will support package tracking, and consumers can choose whether to utilize it or not. Once verified, Gmail will use the tracking numbers obtained in the inbox to check the status of shipments.
The new feature will show when a delivery is delayed in addition to information on when it is delivered.
