Any type of business will need to create an account on the Ministry of Justice’s Najaz portal to access all kinds of judicial services.
Business Enterprises Accounts e-Service offers a variety of services including the facility to inquire about the status of any pending applications, these e-Service Accounts can be handled by legally appointed representatives.
The portal is a part of the Kingdom’s efforts to consolidate judicial proceedings and achieve digital transformation, the new portal has been set up after restructuring the procedures adopted in all the courts of the Kingdom.
